Jessica N. Holmes is a workers’ rights advocate, policy expert, and fighter for fairness and social justice. As a first-generation college student, her professional and personal goals have focused on creating educational and job opportunities for our state’s most vulnerable citizens. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Juris Doctor from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law.
