Arkansas House of Representatives District 34

Joy Springer is serving her first term in the Arkansas House. She represents District 34 which includes a portion of Little Rock. She is an office manager and paralegal for John W. Walker, Springer previously served on the Little Rock School District Board of Directors.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from Henderson State University, a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas Little Rock (UALR), and a master’s in Education Administration from UALR.
