J. Anne Parks is a mortician, funeral director and real estate agent. She earned her B.S. from Johnson C. Smith University in 1976 and then attended Gupton-Jones School of Mortuary Science in 1977. Parks served as a member of the Greenwood City Council from 1988 to 1996.
