Mayor Richmond Virginia

Kim Gray was elected to serve on Richmond City Council for the Second District in 2016, having previously served two terms on the city’s School Board. Most recently, Gray worked as a policy assistant in the Virginia Department of Transportation. Her leadership skills were recognized by her selection and participation in the 2006 class of Leadership Metro Richmond. She was also selected to be part of the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership’s 2010 Political Leaders Program. Gray has received numerous organizational awards for her service, including being recognized in 1997 as a United Way Emerging Leader.
