Congratulations are in order! Former State Representative and City Council member Cherelle Parker has emerged victorious in the race for Philadelphia Mayor. Cherelle will become the city's 100th Mayor and the first woman to hold the job.

Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee has secured a spot in the December 9th run-off election for the Houston Mayoral Race.

Congresswoman Lisa Blunt Rochester currently represents Delaware in the U.S. House of Representatives and serves as an Assistant Whip for House Leadership. She now wants to represent Delaware as the first woman and Black U.S. Senator and if elected she will step into filling a big void of currently no Black women in the U.S. Senate.

Higher Heights for America PAC has officially announced its endorsement of Angela Alsobrooks for U.S. Senate. A lifelong Marylander, Alsobrooks was born and raised in Prince George’s County. Alsobrooks was taught from a young age to care for her neighbors and give back to her community – urged on by the words of her great-grandmother not to sit on the sidelines but “go farther and do better.”
