Illinois House of Representatives District 114

LaToya Greenwood has served as a director of Human Resources and is a former East St. Louis City Councilwoman. She is a lifelong resident of East St. Louis and earned a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Michigan State University, a master’s in Public Administration and Policy at Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville. Greenwood is a 2018 Edgar Fellow at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign Institute of Government and Public Affairs.
