Lisa Gauthier is a long time resident of East Palo Alto and is currently seeking re-election to the East Palo Alto City Council.  She was first elected to office in 2012 and is currently serving as a Council Member.  She previously held the positions of Vice Mayor in 2014 and 2018 and Mayor in 2015 and 2019.   Lisa is also the Government Affairs Manager for an online EdTech company in Mountain View, where she supports the company’s community impact programs – including Working Scholars, a community-funded free college initiative.
