Georgia House of Representatives District 55

Marie Metze is the former Commissioner of the Christian Debutante Master Commission (DMC) of the Sixth Episcopal District, A.M.E. Church (Volunteer Position). She holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Educational Leadership from Georgia State University and devotes her educational achievements and her business acumen to the care and development of the youth in her community and her church. She is a longtime member of Atlanta’s Big Bethel A.M.E. Church, and a former member of the Board of Directors of the Metropolitan Atlanta Rapid Transit Authority (MARTA).
