Antioch City Council District 4

Monica Wilson is senior program manager for Love Never Fails, a non-profit that works with survivors of human trafficking. She has served two terms on the Antioch City Council and is running for her third term on the Antioch City Council. She is the first African American woman to serve on the council. She is a past Board Chair of Tri-Delta Transit and currently serves as the Northern California Vice Chair for the California Democratic Party Women’s Caucus. She is a graduate of the Emerge California Program class of 2011, a Democratic Women’s leadership program which trains women to run for office.
