Illinois 2nd Congressional District

Robin Kelly served as the chief administrative officer of Cook County before her election to the Illinois House of Representatives. She graduated from Bradley University with a master’s degree and received a doctorate in political science from Northern Illinois University. At the beginning of the 115th Congress, Kelly was assigned to the Committee on Foreign Affairs and the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
