Texas House of Representatives District 110

Toni Rose is serving her fourth term in the Texas House of Representatives, representing District 110. The district includes the diverse communities of Oak Cliff, Highland Hills, Pleasant Grove, Balch Springs and Mesquite. Born and raised in Dallas, Rose developed a passion for civic engagement at an early age which mirrors her work in mental health, social justice and criminal justice. Rose obtained a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Paul Quinn College.
