Ashley Bryant Bailey (she/her) is a social impact and brand strategist working at the intersection of culture, politics, and technology. For nearly 20 years, she’s led teams and built campaigns that strengthen democracy and drive power to marginalized communities.

Ashley currently serves as Senior Advisor, shaping strategy to build Black women’s political power. She is also co-founder of Win Black, a digital rapid response hub combating voter suppression targeting Black and Latinx communities.

A trusted strategist to movement leaders and major institutions, Ashley has worked with A24, Google, Barack Obama, SEIU, Ford Foundation, NARAL, Color of Change, LeBron James’ More Than A Vote, and more.

Her work has been featured in MSNBC, CNN, The New York Times, The Washington Post, NPR, and The Grio. She’s earned honors from the Anthem Awards, Reeds Awards, Ad Age 40 Under 40, and Crain’s Chicago Business Top 20 in Their 20s. Ashley was also a Tech and Democracy Fellow at Harvard University.

Ashley began her career at Procter & Gamble, leading early digital campaigns for brands like Tide and Pampers. She later served as Ohio Digital Director for Obama 2012, Federal Digital Director at MoveOn, and held leadership roles at 270 Strategies, Amalgamated Bank, Beam Suntory, and NewWorld (formerly A—B).
