Hasoni Pratts is a founding member of Higher Heights for America (HHFA) and member of the HHFA Political Action Committee, which engages Black women in supporting the organization’s endorsed candidates.
Pratts began her professional career working in the financial services division of Deloitte. Following a transition into consulting work, Pratts was tapped to lead the first political campaign for former New York state assemblyman’s Karim Camara’s successful run. Pratt went on to become Camara’s first chief of staff.
Pratts’ subsequent roles included working on several New York state economic development project and serving as the national director of higher education for Say Yes to Education and vice president of New York state opportunity zones.
